The Oakville Golf Club is a private golf club owned and operated by its members. Located in the heart of Oakville, along the banks of Sixteen Mile Creek, the setting is unique.

PRIDE IN THE CLUB
Our club strives to be the best in its golf course layout, maintenance, club house facilities, meals, staff and all other aspects.
THE GOLF COURSE
Our nine holes are challenging – rating for men is 70.3 with a slope of 131 and a rating of 75.0 or ladies with a slope of 134. The recent improvements were under the direction of one of Canada’s foremost golf architects, Ian Andrew and later updated by Jeff Mingay. Alternate tees add diversity. Enjoy the convience of our 9 hole layout and our no fixed tee time policy.
LOCATION
The Oakville Golf Club is minutes away for all Oakville residents and close to the QEW for residents of Burlington and West Mississauga.
THE ACTIVITIES
Our club offers a diverse range of golf and social activities to suit the broad interests of our members. Participating in such activities makes it easy for new members to quickly feel “welcome”. Highlights include:
- Twilight men’s group on Thursday – 9 or 18 holes later in the day to accommodate office schedules followed by dinner
- Men’s golf on Wednesday afternoon.
- Retired men’s group on Monday – golf in the morning, lunch and golf or bridge in the afternoon
- Ladies’ 9 hole golf Tuesday morning
- Ladies’ 18 hole golf Thursday morning
- Youth Golf Development and Junior Program Monday evening
- Mixed golf with the “Friday Niters”
- Casual Friday dinners for after-golf or otherwise
- A series of social functions suited to the season.
FULL PLAYING GOLF MEMBER
Full Playing Golf Members are approved by the Board of Directors and have agreed to the payment obligations determined by the Board of Directors. They have no restrictions on playing times except for the various affinity group times.
LIMITED PLAYING GOLF MEMBER
Limited Playing Golf Members are approved by the Board of Directors and have agreed to the payment obligations determined by the Board of Directors. They are not permitted to play on weekend and holidays before 12:00 p.m. and must abide by the various affinity group times.
CLUBHOUSE PLAYING MEMBER
A Clubhouse Playing Member is one who has been approved as a Playing Member and who is awaiting a vacancy.
INTERMEDIATE MEMBER
An Intermediate Member is one who by April 1st is between the ages of 20 and 25 (inclusive), one of whose parents is a Playing Member of the Club. No Intermediate member shall be entitled to vote. There are 2 categories for Intermediate Membership.

CATEGORY "A"
Between the ages of 20 and 25 inclusive on April 1st and enrolled full time in school. Playing privileges are outlined in Hours of Play. Annual dues will be approximately 1/2 of Category B of the Intermediate Membership.

CATEGORY "B"
​Between the ages of 20 and 25 inclusive on April 1st and not enrolled full time in school. Playing privileges are outlined in Hours of Play.
JUNIOR
A Junior Member is between the ages of 12 and 19 (inclusive) on April 1st. The proposing parent(s) is a Senior Playing Member of the Club.
EMERITUS
An Emeritus Member is a Clubhouse member who is 90 years of age on April 1st, has had 15 years of continuous membership, and was previously a Playing Member. An Emeritus Member receives a discount of 100% of the fee category currently in effect for the qualifying Member.
